의왕도시공사가 제 2022 – 81호 공고와 관련해 직원 채용 계획을 재공고했다.
채용분야 및 인원은 무기계약직 ▲운전원 1명 ▲청사관리 1명 기간제계약직 ▲수영강사 4명 등 총 6명을 채용한다.
응시자격은 학력 성별 나이제한은 없으며 남자는 군필 또는 면제자이어야 하며 근무부서 특성에 따라 교대근무 및 상황근무·연장근무가 가능한 사람이어야 하고 공사 내규상 결격사유에 해당하지 않는 사람이면 된다.
지원서 제출은 12월 26일부터 12월 31일 18시까지 온라인 접수만 가능하며 방문 및 우편접수는 불가하다.
서류전형 합격자 발표는 1월 5일 발표할 예정이며 필기시험은 1월 7일 시행하고 필기시험 합격자 발표는 1월 10일 발표할 예정이다.
면접시험은 1월 13일 시행할 예정이고 합격자 발표는 1월 20일 발표할 예정이다.
공사관계자는 "공사 채용은 블라인드 채용을 원칙으로 하고 있으니 입사지원서 작성 시 출신학교, 가족관계 등 불필요한 개인정보(학교 및 특정 단체명이 드러나는 이메일 주소, 자기소개서 내 언급)를 유추할 수 있는 내용은 작성 시 유의하여 주기 바란다"며 "특히, ˹남녀고용평등과 일가정 지원에 관한 법률˼ 제2조 제1항 가호에 의거, 청사관리 탈의실 관리 업무 수행에 따른 퇴직인원 성별과 동일 성별 채용 예정이니 참고하기 바란다"고 말했다.
